Contract on SnowtraceWhy we wait for confirmations
A transaction can still be dropped or replaced in the first blocks after it appears. Waiting for a set number of blocks makes that practically impossible, so an order is only marked as paid once the payment can no longer disappear. While it waits, the payment page tells the customer that the payment has been detected and is being confirmed.
